Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Brief Filed Rescue California to Release Brief to 9th Circuit Press Conference at 2:30 PM TODAY (Sacramento, CA) – Rescue California Chief Strategist Dave Gilliard, Legal Counsel Tom Hiltachk and Recall Proponent Ted Costa will be available today at 2:30 PM for questions regarding the legal brief filed with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
