Los Angeles Times Poll: Steve "Surges" Into Second Place -- Leads All Candidates In Support From The San Fernando Valley and Westside! Momentum is CLEARLY With Steve!

Sunday's Los Angeles Times reports that Steve has "surged" into second place in the race to become Los Angeles' next Mayor!
