HAHN RECEIVES TEAMSTERS ENDORSEMENT

Mayor Jim Hahn today announced that he has received the endorsement of Teamsters Joint Council 42, which represents over 140,000 working men and women in private sector industries such as small parcel delivery, grocery and warehouse, entertainment, and trucking, plus public sector employees.
“We’re proud to support Mayor Hahn because he supports working families,” said Teamsters Joint Council 42 President Jim Santangelo. “Over the last three years, he’s demonstrated his commitment to the issues that working class people care about – good jobs with good wages and benefits, safer communities, and more educational opportunities for people of all ages.”
“Teamsters play a key role keeping our city on the move, and I’m proud to have their support,” said Mayor Hahn. “They will be a huge asset to my campaign. I’m looking forward to working with them so we can keep our city moving forward together for another four years.”
