My Dad, Kenny Hahn, taught me people matter...public service matters.

That’s why I created one of the country’s most successful Domestic Violence Units in the City Attorney’s Office.

That’s why I started our Kid Watch Program to make sure our kids get to and from school safely.

And that’s why as Mayor, I’ll keep our schools open after hours to keep our kids off the streets and out of gangs.
